What is worse drinking eveyday or binge drinking a few times a week?

There is some indication that frequent binge drinking is harder on the body than a more constant level. However, both are sufficiently bad for us that anyone who is asking the question personally needs to take a good look and consider getting dry. Fast.

Is binge drinking fun?
No. If you drink too much at one time (ie. binge drinking) you'll puke, pass out, or worse - blackout. Then..when you wake up in the morning, your head will be literally pounding..you'll probably still be throwing up and you'll feel like death..or at least you'll want to die..but have fun ;)
Does drinking alcohol on your period make it worse?
No. It might make your nausea worse or upset your stomach, but it won't make anything bad happen that doesn't already happen when drinking alcohol at other times.
