Your hamster could be acting 'odd' if it doesn't have enough outside of the cage time (in an exercise ball and/or even a hamster pen), or maybe for a medical reason. If a hamsters cage isn't cleaned properly it is very very very easy for them to get a disease called "wet tail". The name of the disease basically says it all. They have antibiotics in any pet stores and I even saw them in some Wal Marts. Your hamster could also possibly be dehydrated. Hamsters drink a lot of water. Kind of like humans - if humans don't drink enough water they become dehydrated and can get very ill.
well it doesnt come down from its cage to eat so u have to put your hamsters food in where it sleeps and if it is a teddy bear hamster and it is a girl it may bight not on purpose but if you go to hold it it will gain fear and bight and get cold and when hamsters get cold they could die from coldness and fear
Hamster are usally very sleepy during the day. They will sometimes wake up and eat for a short period or time or take a drink of water. Don't be afraid to pick them up and play with them! They love company! Also, make sure you clean your hamsters cage or tank at least once or twice a week. At night hamsters stay up and go on there wheek or walk around or eat. Sorry if you have a lound wheel! They make keep you up!
Since we moved the hamster up to my bedroom from the kitchen, she was fine the first day, but the past couple of days she seems to be more tired than normal and keeps falling asleep in her toilet and wheel. Could this be due to the fact that I let her out of her cage every evening to have a run around in my room. She seems to love exploring my room. Today, after cleaning out her cage and feeding her, she has now decided to put all of her food in to her hamster wheel instead of where she usually puts it.
I am also worried that she is not drinking enough. I filled her bottle full to the top last night, and she has only drank about a cm of it. Is this due to me moving it upstairs so that she could get out of the hole downstairs?
Cheers.
Matt
If its a female she might be pregnant.
He was being especially detached, dressing all in black, acting strangely, etc.
There is no specific weight for a pregnant hampster. The only way to know is if the hampster is gaining weight and acting strangely.
She began acting strangely after taking the new mediation. Everyone in the neighborhood searched for the missing boy, but his father was strangely absent.
Odd behaviour. To act strangely. To perform strangely. To perform on an unusual manner.
Non-Descriptive statement.
I HAD A FEMALE CAT THAT USED TO DO THAT WHEN SHE WAS IN HEAT.

No, there is nothing wrong with your hamster. My guinea pig never runs around in her ball, and your hamster may just be getting old.
Hamsters can become lazy if they do not have any one to play with. this anyone could be yourself or even another hamster. When you go to handle your hamster, which should be once a day, or even just enter the room which your hamster is in, you need to have a good and positive attitude otherwise you hamster will become bored.
A visit to the vet if he begins vomiting or acting strangely.
I was acting and thinking very violently and had a nervous breakdown, which led to post traumatic stress disorder
Not necessarily. She may just hear something you cannot. If this is new behavior for her or she's acting strangely in other ways then CALL YOUR DOG'S VET.
