What is wrong if your scrotum becomes dried up and the skin starts cracking and bleeding?

This is probably eczema. A horrible disease that drys out your skin and makes you itch. Their is no cure and it will never go away. The only thing you can do is use moisturizers and steroid ointments when it gets bad. This seems to be a more common disease, than in the past. But the medical community buys a lot of fancy cars and yachts with the repeat customers.I am afraid you have jock itch. Get thee to the drugstore for some anti fungal product, and you will be better soon!

Yea, so Jock itch has nothing to do with the scrotum, it's definitely something else.

Maybe because the scrotum is probably being irritated by something like very tight boxers or something.

There is a huge amount of information regarding your condition. I have also experienced the same and was originally told it was Jock Itch. After two weeks of treatment, I was told it was told it was Eczema. One suggestion, get off dairy and no coffee. Get plenty of rest and remove as much stress as you can.
