Could be battery, battery connections, starter, starter connections, neutral safety switch. I would check those in that order.
no this is not a computer problem.it is either a starter motor problem or the ring gear on flywheel is worn
Where is the starter on a 2004 Chevy trailblazer.
get your starter check I had same problem it was faulty starter
replace the starter
Attached to the starter itself. However it is not removable. Have to buy a whole new starter.
Drivers side at the top of transmission
Try to start it
Had ther same problem, ignition switch fixed it.
starter on a 2005 trailblazer v-6 is on the drivers side bottom end of motor you can see it from top side of the engine can only get to it from top side unless you remove skid plates underneath motor
the solenoid is broken. sometimes if you strike the starter motor sharply this cures the problem.
Starter solenoid sticking. Replace the solenoid if it is external. If it is internal, then just replace thee starter. It will cost a little more but you will have a new starter and solenoid.
A 2002 Chevy Trailblazer will not start if the battery is dead or there is no gas. There are many other possibilities likes a defective starter, blown fuse, or bad ignition.
