You probably have bad bearings. You can Replace the bearings or the whole hub assy. Hub assy is probably a bit easier.
You should check the struts.

If you slide up under the driver's side of the transmission you will see an electric switch just behind the shift cable that makes the transmission shift when you move the shifter. You will have to remove the cable and replace the switch that's bolted behind it.
