From The Information You Have Provided You Do. When Replacing The Clutch; Install A New Release Bearing And Pressure Plate Also.
im thinking you need a new clutch.
It could be filled with the wrong oil or the clutch is failing.
A warped or otherwise damaged clutch disk or a faulty clutch master or slave cylinder could be preventing the clutch from completely disengaging when you depress the clutch pedal.
you must have to check out the Clutch plates and pressure plates. better if u replace these parts by new one. and if your car is not changing gear and sounds like a wrong gear then might be clutch adjustment is needed. but its confirm that it is problem of clutch plates and pressure plates.
You may need to adjust your clutch or replace your clutch.
Possibly the clutch was installed facing the wrong way, or the clutch has not had enough time to properly seat.
if it is when you disengage our clutch...you need to have it adjusted, if it is when you are moving and the clutch is already out than i'd say it's something wrong with your tranny...hope i help
There is no tightening. It is hydraulic and self-adjusting. If you have little or no clutch, you need a new clutch or something is wrong in the hydraulics.
A Saturn clutch is self adjusting. It's a hydraulic system and if the clutch is not adjusting properly it indicates that there is something wrong with the clutch mechanism, either clutch disk, pressure plate or hydraulic components.
to start with when you push in on the clutch pedal you are disengaging it. Your description sounds like the clutch has clutched its last clutch What if it is not the clutch?
To give an accrurate answer....what's wrong with it?
If it's a hydraulic clutch, try bleeding the slave cylinder. Manual linkage, try adjusting the clutch. If no help, something's wrong with the pressure plate and you need a new clutch.
