What is wrong with 2004 Kia Sorrento...Engine fan won't shut off when engine is turned off. Removing fan fuse stops problem. How do you solve problem and is it safe to drive without fuse?

Check the temperature sensor and the relay (if applicable)
No, it's not safe to run any vehicle without adequate cooling.
BTW, many cooling fans will continue to run after the engine is shut down. If the cooling fan stops once the engine is cool, it's running properly.
