Nothing has been reported about her left eye, although at one time in 2008, a few bloggers said it looked as if something was wrong with it. But while she may have had an eye infection at that time, since then, there have been no reports of vision problems, nor any reports of eye abnormalities.

I don't know the exact answer to this, except to say that in the book, Rooster's bad eye is his left eye. That being said, Wayne's was in line with the book while Bridge's is a deviation from it. Would love to know why the Coen's chose to have their Rooster with a patch on the wrong eye.
