What is wrong with a 94 Buick Lesabre if all four turn lamps blink when the left turn signal is on but the right signal works fine and when the headlights are on the left side doesn't blink at all?

I have a 1998 Buick LeSabre and to remove the headlights there are two screws on the front just to the inside of the high beam. Once you take these two screws out the headlight should slide towards the outside of the car and you can unplug the wire connector and you now have ht headlights off.
