What is wrong with my car i have a 2000 olds alero with erratic rpms but it only does this when in park or stopped in gear there is no check engine light my engine is a 2point4L dual cam what can i do?

Sounds like a vacuum leak. Check mounting bolts on throttle body and intake manifold for tightness. Also check vacuum hoses for cracks or disconnections. Might also want to check PCV valve and air filter.
