my wife is a vetrinary technician and i will tell you what i think she would say, if you dog wont eat there is probably something seriuos happining to her and she needs to see a vet. sounds like you dog is older? i would get her in as quickly as possible.
Dogs usually chatter their teeth as a response to being cold. They drool in the presence of food or when they are hungry.
If your new dog is not spayed she may be coming into heat. This could be a reason for your other dog to drool, slobber or gnash it's teeth. Some dogs are more apt to do this than others. I have one that will drool a lot and kind of chatter his teeth when ever he is near a female; even a spayed female can have this effect on him.
Yes, prairie dogs do have teeth.
they don't if they hate you it means you are mean to them or you just picked the wrong dog
Some dogs chatter their teeth when they are excited about a female in heat. My dogs do this when they are around a female that has gone into season. It is somewhat freaky huh? It is so very natural !!no worries. There could be a number of reasons why.1) your dog may be cold2) your dog may have a tooth ache or gum disease3) your dog may be older (a symptom of old age)4) he may teeth-chatter before barking. It can be in anticipation, if he is very excited/upset5) your dog may just like the way it feels/ it may be a habit6) your dog may have a serious illness like a neurological problem or cognitive disorder (brain illness)If there are other symptoms, like he appears to be in pain when you touch his cheek, call your vet! (If he is cold, put a sweater on him or turn up the heat in the house!)Open in Google Docs ViewerOpen link in new tabOpen link in new windowDownload fileCopy link address
Of course! Dogs get tooth plague easily. If you own a dog, you must brush their teeth daily. But however, if the dog DOES NOT have clean teeth, he/she will have trouble with tooth rot!
You should brush your dogs teeth with a specialized dog toothbrush and toothpaste. Also chewing on certain bones will keep their teeth clean!!
are you kidding? does your dog have false teeth
Depends on the breed of the dog.
a dogs mouth is not a far contraction from a human's mouth the dog mouth is more wider and the guy that told you before is wrong the dogs mouth sweats for it that's why a dog doesn't sweat
Take it to the vet! A dog's teeth falling out can't be good!
