I think social status is just a term used for what a person is thought to be in their life. for example, at school, a girl who keeps to herself's social status is bound to be, well, a typical shy girl. I honestly can say that I BELIEVE in social statuses, but I don't like them. They're basically labels or stereotypes based only on what other people think of them. It's not fair to be judged, really, when nobody actually knows what they're like on the inside. That is my opinion, anyway.
