YR = 'Yorkshire Relish' ( Actually Thick Yorkshire Relish). A 'Brown Sauce' similar to 'HP Sauce', a condiment native to Ireland, same vintage/loyalty as 'Salad Cream' or 'Sandwich Spread' or 'Marmite' has in UK.
It has a spicy fruity taste and although it does contain modified maize starch it is fairly healthy as condiments go. Contains Apples, Spices, Vinegar... The 'Thick' qualifier comes from the fact that 'Yorkshire Relish' was originally a sauce similar to 'Worcester Sauce' and this is more like a thick ketchup.
VERY loyal following among Irish ex-pats all over globe.
