If someone dumps you and you start to feel like you love them more now that you don't have them, it's because your body is missing the pheremones of the other person. When you are with your bf/gf everyday for a long time, the love you at first feel is really infatuation brought on by a chemical attraction in your brain. Later, feelings of closeness to someone and having faith and trust in someone lead you to real love that is not in the brain but the heart. If your bf/gf dumps you and you want them more its because your body got used to their chemicals, like an addiction, and now that you don't have those pheremones to inhale, you crave them. Also, if you truly loved this person, sometimes we don't pay attention to the good things we have until they're gone. Sometimes, we get used to someone always being there and we forget how to function on our own, or how we did things as a single person, but most often we take our loves for granted until we don't have them with us any more. Then, we cry our eyes out and want them more than ever. I'm not sure what it's called exactly, but those are the causes of it. I'd call it heartbreak.
