Public nuisance generally involves disturbing other peoples personal space by having a party etc. If for example you have a contract for your house of keeping and maintaining public nuisance, then that would mean you will not be able to disturb the area you live in by having parties etc. if you do so, this would lead to a breach of covenant that any neighbouring person could take against you. this would mean you would have to goto court and pay for any damages you have caused.
