The best type of breakfast is one high in protein, low in fat. The old breakfast ideas are bad news.Eggs and bacon, waffles, pancakes, are all too high in fat,cholesterol, etc. The best breakfast is oatmeal, with slices of turkey, or organic peanut butter on whole wheat bread. Cereals are too high in sugar. In order to stabilize the sugar content in the body, we should be eating protein all the time before sugar. At the office, we even believe in switching dinner and breakfast. You should have dinner in the am and breakfast at night. Breakfast should be the biggest meal of the day, when your metabolism is high, and dinner should be the smallest when the metabolism is starting to slow down. well my at was at the docs office last week and i told her that i was going to middle school and the are list of food she thought were healthy that kids would look *pop tarts *sunny-d/and new sunny-d smoothies *caprie sun *wheat beard/white bread *eggo waffles *ready micwave food *starberrys/green alppes/ or homemade fruit salad *gralona bars *boil or fried egg *yourgot/jello/pudding *crele these are great breakfast snack some might be not to hellthy but take one serving daily.
im in middle school and a middle schooler should sleep for like 8 or more hours i would recommen at least 9 or 10 and eat a good breakfast!
