Depends on if the parent decides to. But contributing to delequency of a minor can be pressed.
Added: It also depends on WHY you are transporting them across state borders (i.e.: for WHAT purpose). If it for purposes of them engaging in sex (prostitution or human trafficking), you can be charged with a federal felony offense under the Mann Act.
