Usually a hat but sometimes a cap. Always light long pants and never shorts (if doing climbing, heavier long pants) with leech socks if need be. A shirt (often long sleeves to protect the forearms) and a vest. Always boots! Other footware wouldn't be up to it. Sandals never because of snakes, mosquitoes, leeches, thorns and nettles etc. Some of the grasses that one passes through in clearings would cut your feet to bits if you are in sandals. Dressing in shorts, T-shirt and sandals to try and remain cool isn't really an option. Raincoat or poncho and folding umbrella. I only use the raincoat or poncho in very heavy rain as you do sweat a lot in one.

Wear bright colours, not black because it insulates and will just make you warmer, and wear either a cotton dress, skirt or shorts, and, if wearing a skirt or shorts, a cotton vest top or, if not, a normal top. Everything should be cotton, as it is really cool, and make sure the skirt isn't too long, as the dress.
i don`t know why people want to destroy the tropical rainforests. they have been on the earth longer than anyone so why destroy them? loads of animals and plants live on the earth serface. They should never destroy any rainforesets or any other forests.

Ban on timber production. Consumers should not buy wood products that come from rainforests. Consumers should not buy beef raised in countries that clear rainforests for cattle pastures.
