If you had recently had a cough and stuffed nose then went out side, your Immune system is week and could possibly have two colds mixed. But if you get a lot of rest you should be able to go on with your life regularly the next day!

Colds don't usually cause fevers, so you may have the flu since the symptoms you list are classic for influenza. Stay home, away from others who may catch your illness, wash your hands often, drink plenty of fluids, take over the counter treatments for the symptoms (ask your pharmacist for suggestions), check your temperature with a thermometer, rest in bed and get well soon.
