Most large corporations do not use very powerful computer except some use somewhat advance servers. They use very many service that combine into one forest of domains that cerates there needs. A typical advance server that i have seen weighs over 1 ton can have, 8 CPUs with 4 cores each, 360 gigs of RAM, 20 harddrives. to get a good veiw of what server rooms looks likes go to Google.com search large server room then click images at the top of the page.
It depends what you mean. Most office-based corporations use low-end desktops with either Windows or Linux (such as Ubuntu or Red Hat.) However, if the work done on the computers require high-end hardware (video editing, game development, etc), they may use a higher-quality computer. There are also some corporations that may require portability, and would therefore be more likely to use a laptop.
Super computer.
Banks, large corporations and government departments, all of whom have large scale processing requirements, would use mainframe computers for a lot of their data.
Large corporations often use powerful computers called __________ to store, manage, and process data from thousands of users.
Main Frame computers are designed to handle large corporations. Mini computers are designed for much smaller performance.
Large corporations only use Windows 8 or higher They cannot use Outlook on it It does not allow addition of large multifunction printers It cannot be added to their company domain
Large corporations uses electronic data exchange (EDI) for the transmission of data between different computer networks. For example, an online purchase is made and the order then goes through the computer network for complete processing.
Computers help goverment in various ways:The government can save a large amount of dataSave costSave timeHigh speed of data processing
Intel the people that make processors for like 60% of the computers in the world has a large building in the ABQ. area
Computers with above normal processing power are used to analyse large sets of data. So effectively. Yes.
A good example of the use of a data flow diagram may be found in large corporations such as large websites or other Information Technology or Data Information Processing companies.

The definition of "Mini" and "Frame" computers in terms of processing power and speed etc. has changed over the years. "Main frame" computers are the largest and as of July 2012 some have several thousand central processing units, mini frame computers are smaller and therefore less powerful but are needed where "ordinary" desktops are insufficient such as handling large databases and heavy number crunching in various analysis jobs.
