What kind of cookies do Girl Scouts sell and how much do they cost?

There are two different cookie companies that provide Girl Scout cookies in the US.
Both companies sell Thin Mints, Samoas/Caramel deLites, Peanut Butter Patties/Tagalongs, Trefoils/Shortbread, and Do-si-dos/Peanut Butter Sandwich.
Along with the above cookies, for the 2013 Girl Scout Cookie sale, the following cookies were available, depending on which cookie company the Girl Scout council in your area has chosen as their supplier:
Lemonades
Savannah Smiles
Thanks-A-Lot
Dulce de Leche
Mango Crémes
Thank U Berry Munch
Along with the above cookies, for the 2014 Girl Scout Cookie Sale, the following cookies were available, depending on which cookie company was the supplier for the local Girl Scout Council:

Each Girl Scout council determines the price of the cookies for their council. For the 2014 cookie sale, some councils set their price at $3.50 per box and some councils set their price at $4.00 per box. Other councils may have set a different price.
