My favorite is simply a high speed steel drill bit, running at SLOW speed (slower than you'd run if drilling mild steel) using green goo as a lubricant called "Westlube" made by Westland Products Company.

In our operation Westlube changed things from 2-3 holes per drill bit to hundreds of holes per drill bit. For stainless, it's purely magic!
There are many online retailers that sell stainless steel plates. Some of these websites include Stainless Supply, MetalsDepot, Discount Steel, and Amazon.
we want attach stainless steel plate bottom of pressure cooker
SS304L is a stainless steel having max. o,o3 % carbon; it is easily welded but it isn't so hard.
True Bar in stainless steel means the manufacture of the bar is rolled on the thickness and the width, attaining a more 90 degree relationship to thickness and width, unlike sheared and edged condition stainless, which is sheared from stainless plate, which offers a rough, usually out of square edge. True bar also may be defined as HRAP (hot rolled annealed and pickled), thus if you see a listing 304/304L HRAP, it is a True Bar, as this is a stainless rolled product.
Arkansas is located on a fault line called the New Madrid fault line also many small earthquakes recently have been caused by natural gas drilling.
Using a sharpie marker, hold the license plate up the the front bumper and mark the bolt holes on the bumper and then using a drill gently apply pressure and drill through the bumper, be sure there are no wires behind where you are drilling and not to drill in too far, then attach the license plate with two bolts and nuts.
The basic operation of a bench drill is to drill very accurate holes in objects that are moved onto the drill plate. With use of jigs, bench drills can drill many exacting holes in many pieces of stock.
a tin plate is tin and a plate, and stainless steel is stainless steel.
It seems as if the difficulty of drilling through the plate would depend on its thickness, which you haven't mentioned, but would have nothing at all to do with its length or width.
Drilling is the purpose for drill in the metal /earth in depth in different shape is called drilling and boring is the size of the hole large/clean the surface is called boring.
Very slowly with a Carbide drill bit or Diamond core bit, both will work, but the diamond core bit works much better, make sure the bit has a constant flow of coolant or be submerged in the coolant. (go very slowly, do not apply much pressure, let the bit do the cutting) The best way is to use a drill press but a hand drill will work.
try using a drill motor and a drill bit
Piping Project is one of the leading Steel Plate Manufacturer in USA. A stainless steel plate is a metal that is formed in thin pieces. A stainless steel plate is designed in thickness between 0.5 to 6 mm. The Steel Plate are thicker than foils but are thinner than a stainless steel plate. A plate has good corrosion resistance properties and works well in different conditions. PipingProjects.us is a top Steel Plate Supplier in USA.

The bit is called a countersink bit, but be sure if it's to be used in stainless that it is made from high speed steel (for metalwork) or carbide tipped and turned at a low speed. Use a good grade of cutting oil as a lubricant.
