Determine which side of the vehicle the washer reservoir is located by opening the hood and finding the fluid fill nozzle. Safely raise and support the front wheel on that side, and remove the wheel for access to the inner fender well. Remove the lower splash guard below the bumper. Many times this is all that is required to gain access to the fluid reservoir. If access is not gained, continue by removing the inner fender liner. It will be attached to the fender as well as the frame of the car by a combination of plastic fasteners and screws. Use a 1/4-inch drive socket set to remove the screws and needle-nose pliers to remove the plastic fasteners. Remove the 10mm bolt holding the reservoir in place, disconnect the fluid hose and the electrical connector, and remove the reservoir from the fender well. Remove the pump motor by unsnapping and pulling with a twisting motion until it is free from the reservoir. Install a new seal, and install the new motor into the reservoir. Bolt the reservoir back into place in the fender well and restore the electrical connector and fluid hose. Then reinstall the fender liner, splash shield and wheel to complete the procedure.

The BedRug is designed to attach directly to the sheet metal of the bed/box with hook and loop (velcro) fasteners. If you are referring to a spray in liner, "yes" it can be installed over the top of this with special adhesive promoter which can be purchased through BedRug customer service.
