Dry food is best
Iams is what i have fed my pet for the last 12 years and the vet says she is in exelent condition for the illness she has, do not feed him or her anything else apart from dry food in the morning and in the evening Dry bisquits such as bones are good for there gums and it wont do that much harm to the skin.
I would get the Westie, but they are related to Scotties and I love Scotties. I like the terrier group, but they are stubborn, smart, and good dogs.
yes, their very good.
Yorkies do need special food for there coat and health and nutrition. Eukanuba dog food is good for their coat but it also makes it a bit greasy at times. Royal Canin is good for nutrition, teeth care and digestive system but it makes the coat very dry. I believe science diet is good also but I have not personally tried it yet. Giving them dry food helps their health but they can also eat some table food too. Peas, green string beans, carrots, apples (not seeds), rice, skinless chicken, beef, watermelon, squash, sardines (in water), salmon and lettuce.
yes! I remember having a lovely little westie at that age!
to love and give it care by giving it good food
a good anti fungal shampoo often clears the fungus from the skin
yes, a westie's hair doesn't moult and so they need trimmed around twice a year. Also they are susceptible to skin conditions so letting new hair grow through is a good idea.
They didn't care if it was good or bad. They just wanted to survive.
let it rest a lot feed it a lot of good food. bring it to the vet. let it rest a lot. feed good food. bring to vet.

Most male dogs are not good with puppies. If you have a litter try to put him with just one puppy and see how that works.
Check out the related link I've added, it's a good website for dog breeds and crosses.
