What kind of hobbies are there to do to keep active but not freeze during the winter?

Two main hobbies I have all year around is woodworking and contributing on WikiAnswers. I enjoy both. However, researching for answers in topics I know nothing about is most gratifying. I am learning so much it boggles ones mind. I believe if you keep your mind in a learning mode, learning will come easy, and for me it has.
There is also arts & crafts, collecting things, just to name a few.
