If my complaint was dealt with in a respectful manner I would send a letter of appreciation to the corporate office. If that is not successful or if you don't have a customer service number, direct your letter to the director of customer service or just the customer service department. If your complaint is directed to a local business, call them and ask for the name of the owner or the manager. You don't need to tell why you need the information. If you can't get the name, write the letter to the attention of the manager of the business.
