The bring the cellophane up from the bottom of the basket so the there is plenty of cellophane left on top and put a large silver (or other colored) bow on top. If you don't know how to make a large bow any florist shop will make it for you and charge approximately $2.50. Make this up two days before the wedding and keep refrigerated. Another lovely gift is to go to a specialty Wine Shop and buy a nice box that you can either put one good bottle of Champagne in or, one or two bottles of good wine in. Many of these boxes are carved and make a good decoration in the couples home.
