Exactly what is listed in your owner's manual.
Use synthetic, change it and the filter every 5000mi. I have over 220,000 miles on mine by following that rule.
I would use 10/40 synthetic in winter and 20/50 synthetic in summer .You should get 7000 to 10000 miles before your next oil change.
10-30...........change every 7K miles
10W30
you should know! what kind of question is that
it depends on the car and driver. i drive my Volvo hard, and its turbo charged so i replace the oil every 3000 miles with full synthetic, if its a turbo i would replace it with only full synthetic and at most every 5000 miles. if it is a regular one, any kind of oil will do and change it between 5000 miles and 7500 miles only if you drive very lightly on the car.

If the 2000 Nissan Frontier has fewer miles on it, it is recommended that the oil weight should be 5w30. If the car is more miles on it, the recommended oil weight should be 10w30.
The engine will most likely be ruined.
depends how many miles. but 10W 30
5w20 any premium brand. I use Pennzoil and have for over 40 years with no internal engine problems. Just as important use a quality filter such as Wix, or Purolator. Also change the air filter every 30,000 miles, unless you live in a dusty area. In that case change it every 20,000 miles.
10w30 in most climates should do fine.
