I have a2005 malibu and it has electronic steering no fluid needed
Check your power steering fluid.
It does not matter on that year as long as it is power steering fluid.
It doesn't have any electronic with a steering gear / no fluid
if it is recommended for that type.check owners manual or call a parts place to be sure.
To change the transmission fluid on your Chevy Malibu 2005, first, pull off the pan, drain the fluid, and replace it.
power steering fluid is low, fill with the correct power steering fluid then turn steerig wheel all the way left then to the right before putting the refill cap back on
I would cahange it at 50,000 miles.
it should be a black cylender cup thing that says power steering fluid
Just regular power steering fluid. NO automatic transmission fluid.
on the lid to the power steering pump fluid tank
There is no power steering; its electronic. You might be blowing the fuse. There is a recall on the electronic power steering. Consult a dealer with the year and mileage of your car to see if it is covered.
