There might be like a ton of them. I think it depends of the school you go to. MY dad wants me to get a 32 on my ACT and I'm working my butt off. How hard is it really? Can you answer that for me?

Most scholarships don't look at ACT score (few of them even look at SAT score). There are always plenty that do not look at your grades or test scores at all, but focus on other aspects of your education, background, and personality.

For the most part yes. Plenty of Colleges after scholarships if you have a certain SAT or ACT score. A lot of these Scholarships are upto Full Tuition for having around a 29 or 30 ACT, I'm not sure of the SAT.
