It could be a sirex wood wasp the female has a black body with orange legs, males the same but with orange band on the body.
The values and colours of the bands are as follows (0) Black (1) Brown (2) Red (3) Orange (4) Yellow (5) Green (6) Blue (7) Violet (8) Grey (9) White The first two bands are the value, the third is the multiplier (times ten).
