no they do not (need) UVA its the UVB you NEED to get so your beardie can prosess calcium. If it doesnt have UVB than it will most likely get metalic bone disorder, that means its bones will grow wrong and it will slowly kill your little friend.besides, UVA usally is already in most heat lamps for reptiles.
You need a UVB light. Exo-Terra makes some good ones, and they categorize them by the type of reptile they are intended for (desert, tropical, etc). For a bearded dragon, get the strongest one you can.
The most important part to remember is that the light should be 12" - 18" from the bottom of the cage. Ultraviolet light loses it's strength in a very short distance, and beyond about 18", will be of no use to your bearded dragon.
UVB lights need to be replaced every 6 months or so, as they eventually lose the ability to produce ultraviolet light. They will still light up, but they will be useless.
only if you can touch your toes with your unicorn looking behind you while the magical fairy smells the purple dung that your pirates parrot left during world war 3 while riding a broom the he borrowed from Harry Potter after his quidditch match in asian history.

A heat light and a UVB light. If it gets really cold at night, I suggest a red lamp.
Most UVB lights are going to be just fine for your bearded dragon. If you are unsure you should consult a pet shop that specializes in bearded dragons.
Yes beardies need both UVA and UVB lighting
a month
You don't need to alternate the lighting for a Beardie. You need a reptile basking light and a UVB light and that's it.
No bearded dragons need lots of room
gay
The bearded dragon will kill and eat the gecko. Geckos need a completely different environment. It is inhumane!
The Bearded Dragon's live in most parts of Australia, they live near rocks and need the sun to survive.
you need both to make a fertilized bearded dragon egg
I'm pretty sure that he would enjoy the attention, but you need to be careful to be gentle and kind. So yeah.
yes they are poisonous
The ONLY water a Bearded Dragon needs - is for DRINKING ! They are a DESERT species - they don't need to be bathed - or have water to 'play' in !
No you do not need a license for a bearded dragon. You can find bearded dragons at your local pet store. Just make sure that they are not illegal were you live. Bearded dragons usually are not illegal in most states its just better to make sure.
They are omnivores due to the lack of food in the envirnment but it is hot which suits them as they bask most of the day. They need high concentrtions of UV light. FACT
Not really...I have two at the moment...it's not necessary but it's nice to have a second one.
