The ONLY meats that have Vitamin D in them are Fatty Fish like Salmon and Herring and Reindeer Meat.
Most of us don't have access to Reindeer Meat, so your only real choices are Fatty Fish.
Salmon can contain Mercury, so eating it regularly is not necessarily recommended. So herring is probably your best choice for a regular day to day meat to get your Vitamin D.
The best sources of vitamin D is different types of fish. Oysters, salami, and ham are also high sources of vitamin D. Eggs and milk provide vitamin D too.
