The outside covering of a tree trunk is called bark.
You could put some pictures on the top inside of your trunk, and then cover it with Mod Podge. You could even cover the outsides with bumper stickers from different places you have been to.
On the outside of the trunk and branches.
Open the trunk and look at the trunk hinge, the code is there. If it isn't you will need to go to a Ford dealer so they can reset the code.

If the trunk is actually closed, sounds like a faulty sensor
Look either inside the trunk, on the trunk sill plate, or on the trunk lid itself. There should be factory stickers there with a whole bunch of numbers on them. There is usually more than one sticker in the same location. One of which has the chassis number on it.
the trunk latch that you turn with the trunk key or the 'open trunk' button. it is placed by 3 screws underneath the top of the Trunk lid. it has the 'emergency/kid yellow tag to pull if someone was closed inside of the trunk and no one is opening it from the outside, the trunk can be popped op3en from this inside yellow/tag pull - which again, is connect3ed to the ensemble of this part number. in short: the trunk latch mechanism
