This is the point you can't do that. The only chance you have to try opening it from the trunk.
There isn't one. You simply tilt the door from the outside of the vehicle!
To release the door for the gas filler, just press the outside rear of the door, it will spring open. The tank is protected by a lockable filler cap inside, that requires the ignition key.
What I do is, pull the latch, slip a pack of cigarettes under it to keep the latch open, and then slip the credit card ege inside and open the door. Of course, you have to be a smoker or have something the right size. Hope this helps.
push on one side of the gas door and it pops open
You just push on it to open it. If the car is locked, the gas door will be locked also. The car needs to be unlocked in order to open the gas filler door.
there should be an access panel in the rear cargo area on the left hand side..open it and you should find a pull cord inside the door..pull it to open the gas door
the gas door is spring loaded. press in on the right side of the little door and it should spring open.
Gas-axe.
Where the arm rest is, theres a door, open that door to find a gas lid lever and pull it up
Push on the side of the gas door towards the front of the car and it will pop open.
The gas door is locked or unlocked with the other doors on the car. If the car doors are locked the gas door will not open. If the car is stopped with engine off and the doors unlocked you should be able to open the gas door by pushing on one side of it. If this doesn't work, you have an electrical or mechanical problem with the gas door.
Press on either the RHS or LHS (I can't remember which) of the gas door and it will swing out and open - its a simple hinge system - no locks or latches. Good luck! Actually: Make sure all the doors are unlocked, otherwise it wont open. Also, its the Left-hand side, not right.
