What I do is, pull the latch, slip a pack of cigarettes under it to keep the latch open, and then slip the credit card ege inside and open the door. Of course, you have to be a smoker or have something the right size. Hope this helps.
Look for a sticker on the inside of the glove box door. Might be on driver's door jamb below latch. Not on tires.
Yes, you should be able to do that.

Unscrew the latch. or put oil on the hinges for the latch to move and see if you can move it.
you just have to push up on the latch

Remove door panel and replace latch mechanism
Have you tried putting a screwdriver through the latch hole and pulling down on the screw driver (Imitating the opening movement of the latch) If that doesn't work you will need to remove the latch to release it.
To open a stuck door on a 2000 Kia Sephia, remove the door panel and check the latch mechanism. It is likely to be bent. Better to replace the latch mechanism.
No, it will not.
The latch is attached to linkages... you have to grab those linkages and pull them in the direction that the latch would've pulled them (usually inward).
No, you can't. 03 and 99 have different doors and as result door glass is different too.
