Computers is a massive area, with all sorts of specialities. At first you need to study the basics of computers and after that you would study a few more specific areas and when you find something that you like and are good at, then you would study it in much more depth. Even the greatest computer experts don't know everything about computing, because there are so many aspects to it.
For programming languages you need to be good at logic and thinking out problems. A lot of programming skill is down to how individuals put into practice what they know. In terms of spoken languages, great poets or authors really only know the same words as you do, but they have an ability in thinking things out and putting them together in a creative way. Programming languages can be like that too. All programmers know how to use the language, but some are much more creative and good at doing things than others. So some people find programming much more difficult than other people do.
Knowledge-based systems
An expert system mimics the expertise of an expert, such as a physician, geologist etc. An intelligent system is a system learns and acts and reaches objectives not by chance. For example while searching for a book the an intelligent system recommends books based on your and similar search patterns. So there is some similarity in terms of support in task between the two systems, however, an expert system is centered around the expertise of an expert. The other difference is the Expert System having a Knowledge base that captures the expert's knowledge, while the iintelligent system may or may not have a knowledge base. Hope this helps.
HUMAN EXPERT-skills and knowledge an deterriote overtime.training human expert is an expensive and lengthy process that may not even gurantee good results.susceptible to emotional and psychological factors that can impair decision making.scare and typically high demand salaries. EXPERT SYSTEM-provides permanent skills and knowledge.artificial expertise from system is easily reproduced and transferred, simply by duplicating the computer program.provides consistent are reproducible results.expert system are reffered cheap to operate and maintain.
With high efficiency, less erros & bugs, fastness, security of data, quick back-up,reliability - with all these features programming language makes expert systems.
There might be different terms for them. Techie Tech Computer Tech Nerd Computer Nerd Geek computer expert

Expert systems are computer programs designed to mimic the decision-making capabilities of a human expert in a specific domain. They use rules and algorithms to process knowledge and make recommendations or provide solutions. Expert systems are rule-based, utilize a knowledge base, and employ inference engines to draw conclusions.
Prolog is a logic programming language commonly used to develop expert systems. In Prolog, knowledge is represented in the form of facts and rules using a logical syntax. Expert systems built in Prolog use this knowledge representation to make inferences and provide solutions based on the input provided.
- A "hacker" is a brilliant and respected computer programmer or technical expert - A "cracker" is someone who tries to break into your computer or files without your knowledge and/or permission.
