Hitler, he started as a very skilled politician, after WW1 Germany's economy war ruined so they had borrowed a lot from the US, but then the Us's economy collapsed so it demanded the money back putting Germany back at square one, they lost faith in the government and then voted in the Nazi party, Hitler was now Chancellor of Germany, he promised that he would give Germany her Empire. The Allies had made a treaty which meant Germany wasn't allowed an army navy or air force, Hitler slowly but surely ended this treaty and France and Britain allowed Germany to re-arm its forces, now Hitler took his chance and allied with Russia and agreed to jointly invade Poland, once that war started once again Europe was torn in half, with Britain and France against Germany, this then quickly pulled in many other nations.
