Depends on what your parents rules are but if your anything like me id stick with 14&15 yr. olds 17 Yr. olds are almost legal(:

If its sexual its illegal ! if its not sexual it should be legal . but you should make sure its ok with the 16 year olds parents before you start dating. GOOD LUCK!!!
