the fuses which opperate the brake lights are located in the fuse box in the engine compartment. the relays are to the left of the clutch in a white connection cluster.
It might be the brake lights. If it is, check the brake light switch connected to the brake pedal. It's right above the pedal and if it's slipped or adjusted wrong the light could stay on all the time. A brake light switch that is stuck like that can also prevent cruise control from working. On the other hand, if it's the WHITE light, it's probably the backup light switch that's stuck or adjusted bad. If it really is the parking lights, the fronts should be on as well.
At the right rear light the brake light wire is white. There is a manufacturer installed connector for a trailer lighting kit use located about 12 inches ahead of the left rear tail light behind the plastic panel holding the accessories options. The connector holds an orange wire for continuous power. It also has the white wire for brake lights. It has the dark green for right signal lights, yellow for left signal. At the right rear signal light assembly there is more than one dark green wire.
on the bulk head just above / behind the brake pedal. Should be a white plastic switch with two wires coming out the bottom
Vehicle side, Brown, running lights Yellow, left signal/brake light Green, right signal/brake light Black, ground Trailer side, white is ground

If your brake lights are on constantly I would suspect they are wired incorrectly or the brake light switch is stuck or has failed. Check the brake light switch first. It is located on the brake pedal lever. Disconnect your battery ground then find the switch and disconnect the leads. See if the plunger moves in and out. If you have an ohm meter see that it goes from infinite resistance to 0 resistance when you depress the plunger. If it doesn't work replace the switch. If it does work check to see if the wires going to your brake lights are the correct ones by grounding the wire from the switch to the lights and checking for continuity at the brake light power lead.New answer:Accords have a tiny rubber bumper in a hole right at the end of the push-button for the brake light switch. Sometimes the rubber deteriorates and the push button goes through the hole, leaving your lights on all the time. This little rubber bumper costs about $2 at the dealer, or use a small bolt with a nut on the back side, to fill the hole.To test, reach up with a screwdriver and push the little white plunger on the brake light switch while a helper looks to see if the brake lights go out.
Open the trunk. Inside, you'll see a white panel directly behind the brake light. disconnect the wire plug going to it, and the whole white panel comes out- lights and all. You'll need bulb #1157. Switch the bulb, replace the panel and reconnect the wire plug. Tah dah.
No. White lights are not an indication of ghosts.
You put a tea light inside it.
