There isn't a lotion available that will permanently remove hair, but you could try laser or electrolysis. Laser hair removal is best for larger areas of corse, dark hair (such as the legs, underarms, bikini), and works best with light skin (a contrast between the hair and the skin colour.) Electrolysis is used mainly for smaller areas with finer hairs (such as the eyebrows.) Both methods involve killing the root of the hair so that it will never come back.
