If your foreskin wont retract all you need to do is stretch i. This is done by literally pulling at at it and causing it to stretch, If you use some sort of skin softener while you do this a couple of times a day you will soon see results Doing the exercises under warm water help as well. Just Google "foreskin stretching exercises" and you wil find all the info you need.

Accidentally rolled back foreskin should this individual get a circumcision or roll it forward again?

Roll it forward if it's the normal way for your foreskin to be. No need for a circumcision unless you have pain.

What is the best way to be circumcised with the frenulum being excised also In other words how much foreskin should be removed in the circumcision?

The best way to be circumcised is not to be circumcised at all. Circumcision has no known medical benefit and has the risks of potential complications and adverse events following the procedure. Circumcision also decreases the sensitivity of the penis, resulting in decreased pleasure during sexual intercourse. Circumcision is generally only used to treat cases of phimosis (tight foreskin) that do not respond to the usual treatment of gradual stretching exercises with the use of a topical corticosteroid cream. When circumcision is medically necessary because of a tight foreskin (phimosis), typically as little foreskin as possible should be removed. Typically only the tight phimotic ring will need to be removed, meaning that 2-3 cm of the foreskin will be removed. If you wish to be circumcised for cosmetic reasons, you may have as much or as little of the foreskin removed as you would like. I would recommend against having the frenulum removed, as this would only result in making sexual intercourse less pleasurable. Radical circumcision is not recommended. It can cause painful erections and painful intercourse. It also desensitizes the penis, making orgams more difficult to achieve and less pleasurable. The frenulum should generally not be removed during circumcision. Religious groups performing circumcision have their own standards and expectations from the procedure. Traditionally, circumcision within Judaism and Islam has involved removal of only a few centimeters of the foreskin. However, in the United States most circumcisions remove the entire foreskin, so that none of it remains to cover any part of the penis head.

Can you get circumcised at 14 years old?

Circumcision is possible at any age, but circumcision is usually unnecessary. The only cases in which circumcision should be performed is when the foreskin is painfully tight around the head of the penis and/or cannot be retracted to allow urine flow. Circumcision is mostly performed due to false assumptions and faulty beliefs about cleanliness and also aesthetics. There is no advantage to circumcising.

What should you do if you are 16 and not circumcised and it makes sex hurt because the tip gets red and the foreskin doesn't go back and you feel cheated because of your parents' decision?

A tight foreskin is somewhat common in uncircumcised men. It is a problem that can easily be fixed without circumcision. The opening of the foreskin can be gradually stretched using a combination of stretching exercises and a topical medication. You can learn about how to stretch your foreskin by searching on Wikianswers for "How do you stretch your foreskin?" Gradual stretching works in about 95% of cases and allows you to avoid circumcision, which has a painful two to three week recovery period.

What are the aftercare procedures for male infant circumcision?

Circumcision is the surgical removal of the foreskin from the penis. When circumcision occurs in hospitals, the foreskin is either discarded with other medical waste or it is sold to medical laboratory's for the creation of skin hormones and cosmetics. 1 baby foreskin can create over $100.000 worth of product. It is little wonder that US medical Authority's are quietly reluctant to advise parents honestly about the folly of male genital mutilation. When circumcision takes place in the home as part of the traditional Jewish bris, the foreskin is sometimes placed in a small vial of soil to decompose and is given to the parents.

Will circumcision get rid of odor?

Circumcision prevents the accumulation of smegma under the foreskin. Smegma has an odor. Therefore if that is the cause of the issue. It will remove it. If the odor is caused by something else it won't. On balance it probably is. It is likely that you have some sort of infection that needs treatment as a healthy penis with or without smegma should not stink. If you are intact and your foreskin is uncomfortably tight but has been retracted then simply doing some foreskin stretching exercises will alleviate your problem.

What is routine circumcision?

The concept of routine circumcision means an infant has the prepuce amputated for no medical reason whatsoever in order to avoid the possibility of future health problem with the foreskin. The problem is that foreskin problems are rare at the worst of times .

What is the ultimate treatment for the enlargement of the foreskin which hides the head of the penis?

There is nothing medically wrong with foreskin. If you care to have it removed or it is causing you problems you should contact your Primary care physician who then can refer you to a Urologist. At that time you and your doctor may decide that circumcision is an option for you.

Which part is commonly circumcised?

he word circumcision means "to cut around". In male infants, circumcision is a surgical operation which involves tearing the foreskin away from the glans (head) of the penis, clamping it and cutting it off. There are several techniques in use, including one (Plastibel) that is intended to slowly strangle the foreskin, but they all involve cutting, blood and removal of sensitive tissue. The skin of the penis is a complex movable sheath with no clear indication of where it should be cut during a circumcision. This means that the amount of foreskin removed from one operation to the next can be very different, and no two circumcisions are the same.Does any medical organizations recommend the circumcision of boys?No medical organizations anywhere in the world recommends routine circumcision of boys. Many organizations state that there is no medical indication for routine circumcision, including the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, the British Medical Association, and the American Academy of Pediatrics.

When should circumcision not be done?

Circumcision should never be done, there are very few reasons for this to take place and in the case of infants it should definitely not take place as the prepuce is still connected to the glans penis and tearing them apart is both terribly painful and traumatising to the infant and causes permanent injury to the glans. Add to this the removal of a huge section of protective and erogenous material one should only come to the conclusion that circumcision is mutilation. Circumcision should not be performed on infants with certain deformities of the penis that may require a portion of the foreskin for repair.

Why didn't your parents circumcise you?

The reason my parents did not circumcise me is the same reason why they did not have one of my arms amputated. You could say it just never entered their heads. They understand that genital mutilation is a reality in the world for both males and females however they would never consider doing this harm to a child. following are just some of the reasons why amputation of the foreskin should not be considered. There are many reasons why boys should not be circumcised. Circumcision has no known medical benefits, and no major medical association recommends circumcision. Circumcision, like any surgery, has risks of adverse medical events including severe pain, surgical error, infection, and prolonged bleeding. Circumcision is extremely painful for infants since it is performed without any numbing or anesthesia. Circumcision also makes the penis less sensitive, causing decreased pleasure during sexual activity. The foreskin, which is removed in circumcision, functions to protect the sensitive head of the penis. Without the foreskin, the head of the penis becomes dried out and desensitized over time. The foreskin itself also has important functions during sex. Its natural gliding motion makes it easier to masturbate or to have someone else masturbate you or give you oral sex. The motion of the foreskin also stimulates the head of the penis during sex, as the foreskin slides up and down over the head of the penis. This not only provides additional stimulation to the thousands of nerve endings of the head of the penis, but also to the thousands of nerve endings in the foreskin itself. So as you can see, there are many reasons why parents don't have their children circumcised. Circumcision may be practiced in some ethnic and religious groups, for example by Jews and in certain sects of Islam. However, most other religions including Christianity, Hinduism, and Buddhism do not practice circumcision. The vast majority of men in the world are uncircumcised, and even in the United States, where circumcision was once common, less than 40% of newborn males are now circumcised. Circumcision rates continue to fall. In the western United States in 2007, circumcision rates were well below 25%.

What does penis look like after circumcision?

One of the problems with circumcision is that in the case of infants, the area worked with is so small that it is easy to remove too much foreskin then stitch up the lacerated area puling skin up athe shaft of the penis. this leads to unnatural bends and hairy skin being pulled onto the shaft. so in an ideal mutilation there should be no abnormal tightness however it depends on a certain amount of luck at the time the rite was committed. Circumcision is simply removal of the foreskin from the penis. It doesn't have any effect on the tightness of the skin on the shaft or glans.
