If your foreskin wont retract all you need to do is stretch i. This is done by literally pulling at at it and causing it to stretch, If you use some sort of skin softener while you do this a couple of times a day you will soon see results Doing the exercises under warm water help as well. Just Google "foreskin stretching exercises" and you wil find all the info you need.
