There are no particular courses or majors that you need to have in order to become a neonatologist, other than the basic ones required to start medical school.
I would advise taking science and math classes, since they will help you to think analytically. And I would suggest you taking classes you like since it is your GPA and MCAT score more than anything else that will get you into medical school.
A neonatologist is a pediatrician. You would go to medical school and follow all the residency programs to become a specialist in the field.

You should know what you want to major in first and foremost. Then I would go to individual college sites and try to get unbiased reviews of the school. Base your disssion on what you values are, how much you want to spend, if the school is accredited in you study.
Some good courses to take in college to learn website development would be Adobe Acrobat, or Flash Introduction. Generally, you would want to go to a college that offers that as a major.
