A person who bullies other people is a person who is afraid and doesn't have a good self image. To get them to stop can be very hard because they get a benefit from the action. When you respond to them they get power, so the important thing is not to give them the power. If this is happening at school tell your teacher or the yard aide. Move away from them if this is happening in the playground. Try to ignore them ( I know this is hard I have been there), but if they don't get the wanted response from you it leaves them without the power. I like to picture them in a bright yellow chicken suit with feathers and an orange beak squawking. Funny right? Well, with that image they have lost the power. Tell your parents about someone who is giving you problems. The more adults who know the more help you can get. Don't let it go on until you feel so bad and hurt. These type of people are not worth the worry or pain they cause.
