Sounds like a blown head gasket. The white smoke is antifreeze. Could be also a cracked head. Either way, there's a problem. Have a pressure check of the Rad. done to see if pressure is lost, then take it from there.

Could have a head gasket problem. Need to know what color smoke is coming out of exhaust. If the smoke is white and has a sweet smell to it, you have a bad head gasket or a cracked head or both.
You have a blown head gasket sorry to say. The white smoke is water getting into the combustion chamber and the reason the engine vibrates is the chamber that is getting the water is not firing thus causing the shaking.
