The duties of a flight dispatcher in Orient Aviation Flight Academy are:

Planning and monitoring the progress of aircraft journeys: Flight dispatchers are responsible for planning and monitoring the progress of aircraft journeys. They do this by gathering and analyzing weather data, airspace restrictions, and other factors that could affect the flight. They then create a flight plan that takes into account all of these factors.

Communicating with pilots and other air traffic control personnel: Flight dispatchers are also responsible for communicating with pilots and other air traffic control personnel. They do this to provide updates on the flight plan and to coordinate any changes that may need to be made.

Ensuring the safety of flights: Flight dispatchers are ultimately responsible for the safety of flights. They do this by ensuring that all of the necessary precautions are taken to prevent accidents.

In Orient Aviation Flight Academy, flight dispatchers are trained in the use of specialized software and systems to plan and monitor flights. They are also trained in the principles of aviation safety.

Here are some of the specific tasks that a flight dispatcher in Orient Aviation Flight Academy may perform:

Gathering weather data: Flight dispatchers use weather radar, satellite imagery, and other sources to gather weather data for the route of the flight. They then analyze this data to determine the potential impact of weather on the flight.

Creating flight plans: Flight dispatchers use specialized software to create flight plans that take into account the weather, airspace restrictions, and other factors. They also coordinate with the pilots to ensure that the flight plan is feasible and safe.

Communicating with pilots and air traffic control: Flight dispatchers communicate with pilots and air traffic control personnel throughout the flight. They provide updates on the flight plan and coordinate any changes that may need to be made.

Monitoring the progress of flights: Flight dispatchers monitor the progress of flights using radar and other tracking systems. They also communicate with pilots to ensure that the flight is proceeding according to plan.

Resolving flight disruptions: Flight dispatchers are responsible for resolving flight disruptions caused by weather, mechanical problems, or other factors. They may need to reroute flights, delay flights, or cancel flights.

The job of a flight dispatcher is a challenging but rewarding one. Flight dispatchers play a vital role in ensuring the safety of flights. They must be able to think critically and make quick decisions under pressure. They must also be able to work well under stress and be able to maintain a calm state even in difficult situations.

If you are interested in becoming a flight dispatcher, I recommend that you have a strong understanding of mathematics, physics, and meteorology. You should also be able to work well under pressure and be able to make quick decisions. You should also be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

There are a few different ways to become a flight dispatcher. You can get a degree in aviation, such as a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management. You can also get a certificate in flight dispatching from a flight school or training center. Once you have the necessary education and training, you can apply for jobs as a flight dispatcher with airlines.

If you are interested in pursuing a degree in aviation, I recommend visiting the Orient Aviation Flight Academy website or speaking to an advisor to learn more about the different options available.

A dispatcher is the main line of communication for the police (and at many agencies, the fire and EMS response as well). Dispatcher often will answer several different phone lines, generally including 911 calls (or 999 in the UK), to ascertain information and decide whether a response is necessary. Dispatchers have several tools at their disposal, but they most important are their phones, and their radios, which they use to communicate with their officers/units. Some agencies also monitor alarm systems, cameras, administrative phone lines, elevator emergency lines, emergency counseling hotlines, and more. Using a system called NCIC (in the united states), and their respective state's criminal information system and DMV records, a dispatcher will assist officers in clearing people, vehicles, and serial numbers on anything to make sure there are no criminal records in the database. Dispatchers can also tell officers basic personal information about a party that they run, up to, and including driver's license status, SSN, registered addesss, height, weight, eye and hair color, and how many times that person has been "run" through the system.

Basically dispatchers serve three purposes. First, and most importantly, to monitor the safety of the population they are responsible for, and the officers/units under them. Second, a dispatcher is there as an emergency lifeline for citizens in need of emergent, or non-emergent help. Dispatching is a very public relations, community oriented job. Last, a dispatcher is there to assist the units under them with anything they can. From Google to NCIC, dispatchers use they can to make sure the people they work with have the information they need in a timely and efficient manner.

Dispatchers need to be very detail oriented, efficient typists, and extremely good at multi-tasking. The job of a dispatcher often requires that you be working on several things at once, carrying on multiple conversations at once, and keep your cool while doing so. It can be extremely difficult to be a dispatcher, but it can also be very rewarding. Dispatchers also generally work in 24 hour call centers, meaning a dispatcher must be prepared to work shift, weekends, and holidays. Emergency services doesn't have a day off!
