You have an air mnanagement door that is not working properly. It can be caused by the programer. Have it checked out. I think I had a similar problem. You can buy a new controller on eBay right now (7/9/05) for $130. Putting it in is very simple. Just take off the front dash housing. The controller unplugs and plugs right in.
