The wardrobe of Tudor monarchs for a king consisted of a tight waistcoat, fastened by tags, and close-fitting breeches, which displayed the outlines of the figure. A flat, broad-brimmed hat was worn which was covered with feathers. Stockings completed the male attire.
A peasant woman wore a bodice, a blouse, an apron, a woollen dress, an overskirt and a cloth bonnet. Her dress went down to the ground.

Almost the same as people today, but with different hairstyles. Also their clothes were different. Rich people wore jewellled clothes made out of rich materials, while poor people werent allowed to wear such clothes, so they wore rags, and usually lived on the streets.

The poor Tudor man was only allowed to wear certain materials and colours to show that he was poor or low class. The poor Tudor would wear clothes made from fabrics like wool, skin and linen. The poor Tudor was only allowed to wear the following colurs: brown, beige, yellow orange, russet, green, grey and blue. A sign of your wealth was measured by the clothes you were wearing what they were made of and the colours. I belive the law that made the poor only able to wear certain clothes was the Sumptuary law
they could not afford to wear what the kings and queens wore. so they wore brown because it was the cheapest colour.
Tudor girls wore a plain grown with a top and skirt, and a petticoat.
