LEMONADE:

first, you will need to decide if you want to make fresh lemonade from actual lemons, or if you want to use artificial lemonade powder mix.

secondly, you will need FRESH water, not dirty or disarrayed.

thirdly, you will need to make a sign.

IDEA:

LEMONADE:(write price, usually 25 cents):))

fourthly, you will need two jars/boxs, for the money that you recieve, and the second one for giving change back to your customers.

SNOW CONE:

basically the same way, exept that you will need a ice-cutting machine for shredding the snowcone ice. plus you will need some snowcone syrup. the mainly liked flavors are strawberry, watermelon, kiwi, and green apple.

What You Need For A Lemonade Stand?

Not a lot really: Lemonade mix or lemons Sugar Ice A jug for the lemonade A money box A tips jar A table A tablecloth You'll also need some change for when people don't have the exact amount. Most of the stuff you can find around the house, so you should be able to do it for under $50. Some have done it for less than $20, or even less. There's no need to spend a load of money - just get out there and start selling. Unfortunately yes you do, however, the majority of law enforcement has larger problems to deal with so rarely enforce laws on lemonade stands.

Where do they set up the lemonade stand?

Theoretically if you place your stand on land that is owned by the town, city or state, you need a permit. If you place your stand on property that is privately owned, you do not need a permit, but you do need permission from the owner of the land. If you do it on your own private land, you do not need a permit. Do you need permits for a lemonade stand?

Theoretically if you place your stand on land that is owned by the town, city or state, you need a permit. The laws and by-laws are different in every city, state and country, and you will need to speak to City Hall if you want to secure a pass. However, Police often turn the other cheek with these businesses, especially if they are run by minors. For a more detailed debate on whether you should try and get a permit, visit: http://www.lemonade-stand.co.uk/blog/do-i-need-a-permit-to-start-a-lemonade-stand/ Another thing to remember - If you place your stand on property that is privately owned, you do not need a permit, but you do need permission from the owner of the land. If you do it on your own private land, you do not need a permit.
