Orwell uses satire many times in squealers speech, he uses sarcasm against the other animals
Orwell uses irony and exaggeration in Squealer's speech to highlight the manipulation and distortion of truth by those in power. Squealer's use of Propaganda techniques and selective facts satirizes the ways in which authoritative figures control and deceive the masses through misinformation.
Sarcasm
Jon Stewart is a master of political satire. My satire was wasted on the instructor. Is that parody a satire on current events? Television's M*A*S*H* was a Vietnam war era satire set in Korea two decades earlier.
Using his novel Animal Farm Orwell uses the characters to mock the Russian revolution. He does this by using Animal Characteristics rather than using human characteristics, for example Orwell uses the character Napoleon to represent Joseph Stalin from the Russian Revolution, because pigs are greedy for food and Stalin was greedy for power so Orwell created a resemblance between Stalin and a greedy pig.
Satire means humor. Satire is often used in skits on television when one impersonates a famous politician, or other well known person, in a humorous way.

Satire is when someone makes fun of something or someone in a playful way to show flaws or problems. It uses humor to help people think about issues in society and encourages them to see things differently.
speech
loquor means word or speech. an example of it is eloquent.
Meta-communication in speech means that the same exact thing can be said but it means different things. In non-speech it means that you make different impressions by body language in different situations but the body language is exactly the same.
Felicitation speech means to congratulate one in an special occasion.
